Very nice hotel for the price point. The room was very clean and had lots of amenities. Their breakfast has a great spread and the menu changes daily. Coffee was great and lemon water was always available in the lobby
We got here with our family of 5 for a hockey weekend and the front desk gal offered me the opportunity to go look at the rooms and see which we would prefer. We chose the king suite and it is amazing. Enough room for all of us comfortably, including a huge bathroom and full kitchen. The hotel is beautiful and the pool has kept my kids entertained.
Front desk staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the new wing of the hotel and our room was excellent. All areas and surfaces were clean, beds were comfortable, and generally the furniture was nicer than even your typical Marriott suite. Breakfast was good (grapes were superb!) -- also fun to take a photo with the giant Teddy Roosevelt bust out front.
I go several times a week to use the sauna, the staff is super friendly and helpful, Gloria is one staff member that goes above and beyond the call of duty to make not only me but all guests feel welcome and cared for, her personality and customer service definitely make you want to go back, Thank you for all that you Do over the last year that I have been coming to Roosevelt Inn I have gotten to know the whole staff Grazzi, Lindsay, Bethany,Shannon and Erica they have been absolutely amazing, the best customer service in North Dakota!!!!!!!!!
The staff is amazing, and the cabins are much roomier than I anticipated. My husband travels for work and has stayed MANY places. He loves it here. The cabins are adorable and well kept! I just got here to visit him and I am impressed.
This place is incredible. The rooms in the new addition are so comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and it’s a great location to walk to down town. Really wish all my vacation travel hotels were this good.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. The cabins are much roomier than I anticipated. The cabins are in great shape, and well kept...when they come clean. I honestly would give a 5 star review if there havent been so many times my husband's cabin was missed on his cleaning schedule. When your cabin is serviced once a week, missing it isn't an option. One is a simple oversight. Several times....not cool! My only other complaint is the mattresses that are probably from when this establishment first opened! They are TERRIBLE. I feel like I have slept on the floor! Oddly, my husband loves them which is all that matters really, since im just visiting. But his opinion is from someone that really could sleep in a floor!
Stayed here for work in the area. The staff was amazing! Very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were very well kept, but could use some updating. But very clean. Breakfast was hot and delicious. The fresh cut up mixed fruit was a nice added extra!
This hotel is the BEST! I have to say it’s the best hotel I have ever been in. They have a great breakfast, they are hospitable, they have a hot tub, pool and sauna. They have coffee all hours that’s pretty good actually as well as lemon water and fresh baked goods! Highly recommend! Love love love this place! It’s very clean as well!
This was a great place to stay for the price. My wife and I went and stayed in the cabins outside. The additional privacy was great but the rooms looked a little dated and the bathroom was a little small (I'm 6'6). We had a great rest and the staff was friendly. Great place to stay near the north unit of Theodore Roosevelt National Park.
